Please Support Our Efforts - 2008 WebTitle Agency ACS Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk

WebTitle Agency has continued our fundraising partnership with the American Cancer Society that was started last year. That sponsorship includes Daffodil Days as well as next months Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

On Sunday, October 5th, many of our 60 employees and many family/friends will be having breakfast in our office and heading over to Frontier Field to participate in this year's walk.

Many of you already know the loss Alan Roides' family has endured as well as the Schulers and Salamones ongoing battles. We have many other employees and family members/friends who have their own personal experiences and I am sure you do as well.

This year we are also proud and honored to be the corporate sponsor for the 1st Annual "Memorial Tent" to honor those who have fought and those who are still fighting.

Please feel free to join our team and family/friends at the Tent located beside the Survivor Tent. WebTitle Agency has been working with ACS to develop a concept that can commemorate and honor the lives affected by Breast Cancer in the Rochester Area. We believe we created something that participants in the walk could leave their mark to remember loved ones lost, those still fighting as well as survivors. With the help of the Irondequoit Quilt Club WebTitle Agency will be manning the Memorial Tent and helping participants sign and leave a message to or about loved ones on various quilts that will be prominently displayed in local Flagship sponsors offices; including the Lipson Cancer Center at Rochester General Hospital, Xerox Capital, Elizabeth Wende Breast Center, Highland Breast Imaging, and ACS at their Hope Lodge. WebTitle Agency will also be proudly displaying a quilt.

We have also asked our employees and friends to help us raise $6500 which, coupled with WebTitle Agencys sponsorship of the Memory Wall - would total $9000. Last year we raised more than $6000 in the top 10 of Rochester Area companies!

Those of you that have asked me, my partners or members of our team for our support/sponsorship for you or your child/family member's Charity, Girl Scout Cookies, Holiday Greeting Cards/Wrapping Paper, Golf Event, Car Wash, Little League, Soccer, Dance Recitals and Raffle Tickets for your Cousin's nephew's next-door neighbor's pig roast please return our generosity by donating.

Maybe you may have wanted to help in the past with a charity or community cause and have not done so? Again, this is a perfect opportunity to help others as the tough economic climate will make fundraising difficult. I have included a link to our Company Page of the American Cancer Society.

Jessica Perry is one of our Title Examiners and also our Team Leader and has again poured her heart and soul into this Cause. Please feel free to call or email her or me with any questions.
